Harley Pasternak’s Sweet Spinach Smoothie
Trainer Harley Pasternak’s spinach smoothie is a favorite of his celebrity clients (Julianne Hough is a fan!) to help them stay on the right track, especially after a period of indulgence.
Spinach is the star of this creamy smoothie, and for good reason — with only one 16-ounce serving, you’ll get your entire daily dietary allowance of vitamin A (great for healthy skin, hair, and eyes) and bone-building vitamin K, as well as an incredible amount of vital nutrients such as manganese, potassium, and vitamin C. This 300-calorie smoothie is a good protein source, making this veggie-packed smoothie a great option for breakfast, particularly if you’re trying to lose weight.

You can miss the ice cubes if you use frozen fruit. This meal is also vegan, but please feel free to add normal yogurt.
